FAQ

Does the Worship Service really come first?  Yes, it’s worked well for us for years.  Our Worship Service is at 9:30 am & all-age Sunday School (Bible Study) classes follow at 11:00 am.  We dismiss by 12:00 noon.

What is your worship music like?  You’ll enjoy a blend of contemporary songs and hymns done in an upbeat style with a full band. 

What about the preaching? You’ll be challenged to practical application & life change while you grow in biblical knowledge through our verse by verse study of the Bible. 

How should I dress?  We’re not hung-up on how you look at Southview.  You’ll see a few coats & ties or skirts & dresses, but mostly casual clothes. 

What about my kids?  We have childcare for nursery & preschool children during Worship.  Sunday School is for all ages. 

Do I have do stay for Sunday School at 11:00am?  No, but it is a great way to get to know others & God better.  You’ll enjoy fellowship, prayer good teaching & wonderful discussion.  Find out more about all your class choices here. 

What about the 8:15am Sunday School class?  This class tends to have adults with grown children or no children since we have no classes for children or youth at 8:15.
