Enthusiastic about changed lives, and deeply devoted to Christ, Robin Kurylo is a wife, mother, author, speaker, and counselor.
Robin has traveled across the country for the past 15 years teaching and speaking God’s Word to women of all ages and faith backgrounds. Her
devotion to the unique gifts each woman possesses is evidenced in the way she speaks with candor about her life — her walk with Christ, a time-honored marriage, raising children and coming face to face with the reality of breast cancer. Her messages of “Pathways to Joy” will have women relating to her life stories on many levels. Robin believes God has called her to “Count it all joy when we face trials of many kinds.” You might laugh, you might cry, but you will relate when you open your heart to what Robin has to say because of the tender and truthful manner in which she speaks.
Robin graduated from Texas Tech University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science and Business Management Degree. After graduating from college, she spent 5 years working within the management team at Southwest Airlines. Her restorative strengths and personality were featured in a story in Southwest’s in-flight magazine. In 1983, Robin recognized her passion for people, the restoration of relationships, and the call of God upon her life to speak, teach and counsel women.
Robin taught Joy in the Morning, a women’s bible study in Omaha, Ne. for 10 years. Several hundred women from over 50 churches were involved. In 1999, “…However God, A Story and Study of Pathways to Joy” was published in hopes that her personal testimony would lead others to find both spiritual and personal freedom through God’s Word.
Robin trained under Virg Ediger and Wendell Nelson at Christ Community Church in “Training Christians to Counsel”. She is currently serving there as a lay minister in the counseling /renewal department trained in Theophostic Prayer Ministry. She meets weekly with women helping them find greater freedom in Christ through mind renewal.
Robin continues to enjoy living in Omaha with her husband, Boh, the love of her life for nearly 30 years. Her daughter Courtney graduated from Baylor University and works in Houston, Texas. Her son, Jonathan, is a sophomore in college and has attended Oklahoma State University for two years.
Mark your calendars and invite your girlfriends!
